Curatis and Neupharma announce exclusive licensing agreement to develop and market corticorelin (C-PTBE-01) for the treatment of peritumoral brain edema in Japan

Liestal, Switzerland / Tokyo, Japan, 11 March 2026: Curatis Holding AG (SIX: CURN) and Neupharma Co., Ltd. today announce an exclusive licensing agreement for the development and commercialisation of corticorelin (C-PTBE-01) for the treatment of peritumoral brain edema (PTBE) in Japan.

Under the terms of the agreement, Neupharma will be responsible for conducting the Phase 3 clinical study and for the commercialisation of corticorelin in Japan. Curatis will receive an upfront payment and is entitled to milestone payments and royalties on net sales.
