Liestal, Switzerland, 15 September 2025: Curatis Holding AG (SIX:CURN) reports double-digit revenue growth in its core distribution business for the first half of 2025 and announces a major development milestone for its lead pipeline project C-PTBE-01 (corticorelin).
In H1 2025, product sales grew by more than 10% compared to the prior year period. The growth was driven by organic market expansion and new product additions to the portfolio.
On 9 September 2025, Curatis had a successful Type B meeting with the US FDA regarding the Phase 3 study design for corticorelin (C-PTBE-01) in peritumoral brain edema (PTBE). The FDA confirmed that a single pivotal Phase 3 study would be sufficient for a Biologic License Application (BLA) approval in the US.
