Annual General Meeting of Curatis Holding AG approved all proposals of the Board of Directors

Liestal, Switzerland, 22 May 2026: The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Curatis Holding AG (SIX: CURN) approved all proposals of the Board of Directors.

The AGM re-elected all existing board members and approved the 2025 Annual Report and financial statements.
